Deer Park Homeowners' Association
HistoryDeer Park consists of 140 lots located in two divisions.
Conceived by Rick Lozier Homes,
construction began in 1985. The Deer Park Homeowners' Association was
established to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership and
architectural uniformity of the properties of its homeowners. MapsDeer Park consists of Suffield Division I and
Suffield Division II.

link. Board of DirectorsThe association is administered by a board of directors consisting of elected homeowners who serve 3-year terms. Please contact the board by sending e-mail to . Covenants, Codes, Restrictions and Easements (CCRE's)The Deer Park Homeowners' Association has rules and regulations in place to protect the value, desirability, and architectural uniformity of the neighborhood. A PDF copy of the CCRE's can be found by clicking on this link, and is also included in the title documents for your home. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to be aware of and comply with the rules and regulations therein. Architectural Control Committee (ACC)The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for
administering the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CCRs). This
includes reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of
homeowners property. Some examples are exterior paint, fence
designs, tool sheds, walkways, etc. The ACC also enforces CCR items
such as home and yard maintenance to ensure that Deer Park remains a
