Deer Park Homeowners' Association
Deer Park consists of 140 lots located in two divisions.
Conceived by Rick Lozier Homes,
construction began in 1985. The Deer Park Homeowners' Association was
established to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership and
architectural uniformity of the properties of its homeowners.
Deer Park consists of Suffield Division I and
Suffield Division II.

The Deer Park Homeowners' Association has rules and regulations in place to protect the value, desirability, and architectural uniformity of the neighborhood. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to be aware of and comply with the rules and regulations therein.
The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for
administering the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CCRs). This
includes reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of
homeowners property. Some examples are exterior paint, fence
designs, tool sheds, walkways, etc. The ACC also enforces CCR items
such as home and yard maintenance to ensure that Deer Park remains a
