Deer Park Homeowners' Association


Deer Park consists of 140 lots located in two divisions.  Conceived by Rick Lozier Homes, construction began in 1985. The Deer Park Homeowners' Association was established to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership and architectural uniformity of the properties of its homeowners.

Board of Directors

Covenants, Codes, Restrictions and Easements (CCRE's)

The Deer Park Homeowners' Association has rules and regulations in place to protect the value, desirability, and architectural uniformity of the neighborhood.  A PDF copy of the CCRE's can be found by clicking on this link, and is also included in the title documents for your home.  It is the responsibility of each homeowner to be aware of and comply with the rules and regulations therein.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for administering the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CCRs). This includes reviewing all proposed changes to the exterior of homeowners property. Some examples are exterior paint, fence designs, tool sheds, walkways, etc. The ACC also enforces CCR items such as home and yard maintenance to ensure that Deer Park remains a desirable community to live in.  Click on the links below to retrieve the ACC Property Change Request Form in either Word or PDF formats.
